It may look like the SR-71 Blackbird, but this sleek flying beast chained to the ground at the CIA's headquarters in Langley, Virginia, is not the most famous supersonic spy plane ever created but its father, the A-12 Oxcart. And like the CIA says, it was in some ways better than the famous Blackbird.
